Job Description:

We are looking for Business Development Executives who will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
Identifying new revenue opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
Collaborating with management on sales goals
Support the team with other responsibilities as required
Undertake miscellaneous tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

Diploma, bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field
5 years and more experience in sales management within a corporate setting
Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
Possess own transport with valid driving license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Planning and time management skills
Technology knowledge including Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Possess own transport with valid driving license
Willing to travel frequently.

Salary and Benefits:

Basic salary: starting from RM3,000 – RM5,000
Commission, bonus, increment, medical, dental, insurance, parking, phone allowance, travel allowance, EPF & SOCSO.
