Course Content
Level 1
Smart Industrial IOT in Manufacturing (5 Days)
Basics IoT course focused on understanding the concept of open-source hardware and get introduced to a variety of development boards and credit card sized computers with the practical implementation of a solution. The building blocks for any IoT projects are electronics like sensors, actuators, motors, etc. and many of these chief components are explained well in all perspectives during the course. By the end of the course, one gets the wings of innovation to think, try and develop something new for the world
The aims of this course is to provide the understanding of IoT; how they work, terminology, and the hardware and software elements that make up an internet of things. The objective that been formulated to achieve the aims was:
- To understand the structure and application of IoT in industry
- To recognize and understand the use cases of different sensors and actuators.
- To learn the architecture of IoT solutions
- To implement an IoT solution practically
Participants will engage in pair activities and live demonstration will be conducted to identify and show the IoT development, along with instructor led segments to construct the circuit, write the programming and run the IoT application. Participants will also learn how to apply these theories into practice.
- Day 1 : Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Day 2 : Basic Yield and Quality Control
- Day 3 : IOT for IReV4.0
- Day 4 : IOT for IReV4.0
- Day 5 : IOT for IReV4.0
Level 2
Smart Industrial PLC in Manufacturing (5 Days)
This training course converts the seemingly complex industry based of automation in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) into practical lessons the average non-programmer can understand. Participants will learn the basic in electrical, to speak the PLC language, read and interpret PLC ladder logic, troubleshoot PLC systems and components, and fix the most common PLC problems on their own.
This objectives of this course is to provide the understanding of PLCs; how they work, terminology, and the hardware and software elements that make up a programmable logic controller. Participants will learn a systematic approach to troubleshooting; how to set-up and configure local, remote, hierarchical and distributive control systems; how to configure Input/Output modules using various slot addressing techniques; how to understand program and data table file organization, number systems and processor information flow; and how basic relay type instructions, timers and counters, & data manipulation instructions can be used to achieve PLC solutions.
Participants will engage in small group activities and live demonstration will be conducted to identify and show the use of PLC control, along with instructor led segments to design, sizing and troubleshooting of PLC programming. Participants will also learn how to apply these theories into practice.
- Day 1 : Lean Manufacturing Supply Chain Operation
- Day 2 : Poka Yoke (MistakeProofing)
- Day 3 : Basic of PLC – Introduction and Overview / Number Systems & Series
- Day 4 : Basic of PLC – Programming Equipment/ Basic Instructions
- Day 5 : Basic of PLC – Develop and Edit Programs/ Functions with Projects
