Mr Jeff Shin has built up his expertise from various IT projects across APJ as a Developer, Consultant and Solution Architect in his IT career. He is specialized in Enterprise User Performance Supporting and User Adoption for SAP Business Applications and holds a Masters in Knowledge Engineering from National University of Singapore.

Dr Hari Narayanan has over 27 years holding various key leadership positions in a variety of functions. A retiree from Motorola Solutions, he is currently takne up several part time initiatives in universities and at national level. He is passionate about transforming organizations through its people and had initiated several programs for leadership behavioral changes across the management team as well as several efficiency initiatives during his time in Motorola.

Session 2 – Digitilization: Expectation on Leadership
How to manage people and their expectation in regards to IR4.0. A quick view on ‘Change’ and ‘Transformation’ is covered before moving to the talent/people aspect of the transformation.
